Recruitment Process
Şölen aims to identify and recruit the right candidates who can adapt to the dynamism, innovation, and motivation of Şölen and share its excitement. During the recruitment process, all candidates are evaluated according to their functional competencies as well as core competencies such as “Innovation and Creativity”, “Success and Results Orientation”, and “Analytical Thinking”. In addition to competencies, professional and technical knowledge is also measured. Compliance with corporate culture and values are the most important criteria considered throughout the entire process.
Candidates invited for interviews undergo an English Proficiency Test, Personality Inventory, General Aptitude Tests, and a Competency-Based Interview for the relevant positions. Candidates whose interview process is evaluated positively by the Human Resources Department are called for a “Technical-Based Interview” conducted by the relevant manager and/or director.

Performance and Career Management
Employee performance is evaluated within the scope of the Target- and Competency-Based Performance Management System.
The Performance Management Process consists of three main stages:
• Planning and Goal-Setting
• Midterm Review (Feedback)
• End of Year Review
The outputs of the performance process provide inputs to other critical human resources processes such as training and development, remuneration management, and career management.

Training
At Şölen, training is planned in a way that will contribute to the professional development of employees, support their career plans, and increase work performance, taking into account competencies and functional skills. We Have Been Selected as Harvard Business School's Field Immersion Project Partner
Şölen signed a strategic cooperation with Harvard Business School (HBS), one of the world's leading educational institutions in the field of business administration, and became a partner of the "Field Immersion Project".
In the study carried out with important partners from the business world in 15 different countries around the world, graduate students studying at HBS prepared proposals for new business development and marketing projects for Şölen. The students, who had the opportunity to benefit from the experiences of Şölen executives, made their presentations in May. Şölen, the only company selected in its sector, hosted six students from HBS for a week as part of the project.
